Bill was caught off guard and there is a serious problem with communication internally and externally at the UUA. <BR/><BR/>The staff at the UUA were not specifically told about the youth situation and found most of the information through blogs and other websites. This is not the way to run a PR program at any organization. <BR/><BR/>Internally the communication department is seriously lacking in PR expertise and any idea on the concepts of communication.
